DIRECTIONS:
Pour freshly boiled water in a cup over 1 tea bag. To obtain 100% effectiveness steep for 20 minutes.
Adults and children 15 years and older: Drink 1 cup before bedtime.
Children under 15 years: Consult a doctor.
Do not exceed recommended dosage.
USE of tea bags for:
4 minutes – 50% potency
10 minutes – 75% potency
